Convention Appearance!

Because there’s nothing like waiting until the last minute: I should let everyone know that I’ll be spending a chunk of this weekend at FOOLSCAP. Foolscap is a bookish convention for geeks of all genres and this will be my first year attending

Foolscap is a different kind of convention: programming for the weekend is set as part of the event itself– so there’s very little on the schedule beforehand. That means I can’t tell you if I’ll be on any panels or part of any discussions. BUT I will be present Friday from around 10:am until 2:pm, Saturday’s hours are as-yet undetermined, but look for me in the evening, and Sunday I should be around most of the day.

When I’m not participating in programming, you’ll find me at the Def Con One Publishing table, or fangirling over the featured guest Seanan McGuire
